How long does processing take?

All items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be embroidered and prepared before shipment.

 


 

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email.

 


 

Can I rush my order?

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Send us a message with your idea and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

 


 

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because each piece is made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

 


 

How should I care for my embroidered item?

To preserve the quality of your embroidery:

• Wash inside out

• Machine wash cold

• Tumble dry low or air dry

• Do not iron directly on embroidery
