Because each piece is made to order and customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Please double-check spelling, sizing, and customization details before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly correct any mistakes made on our end.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.
