All items are made to order.

Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be embroidered and prepared before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly. If that happens, we will communicate with you directly.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, we will always do our best to assist you if a delay or delivery issue occurs.
